We would love to hear from you. Whether you have spotted a price change in your local Greggs, found a mistake on one of our pages, or just want to suggest a topic for us to cover, send us a message and we will get back to you.
You can reach us at [email protected]. We read every message and aim to reply within two working days.
What to include
To help us respond quickly, please tell us:
- Which page your message is about, including the web address if you can
- What you spotted, for example the item, the shop, and the price you paid
- The town or city of the Greggs shop, if your message is about a price
Price corrections
Prices are the thing readers care about most, so corrections go straight to the top of our list. If a price on this site does not match what you paid, tell us the item, the price on the till receipt, and which shop you visited. We will check it and update the page.
A few things we cannot help with
We are an independent fan site and are not connected to Greggs plc, so we cannot help with complaints about Greggs shops, missing orders, or problems with the Greggs app. For those, you will need to contact Greggs customer services directly.
We also cannot answer questions about jobs at Greggs or franchise enquiries. Greggs handles all of that through its own official channels.
